Why your windows dry spot-free
We use a Xero water-fed pole system. Tap water is filtered until nothing is left in it to leave a mark, so the glass dries clear on its own.
Filter: minerals are removed from the water on site.
Scrub: a soft brush on a pole reaches upper floors from the ground.
Rinse: pure water sheets off and dries without streaks or residue.

How much does window cleaning cost in Franklin, MA?

Do you use chemicals on my windows?
No. We use no chemicals at all, inside or out. Exteriors are cleaned with purified water fed through a soft-bristle pole. With the minerals filtered out, the water lifts dirt and dries without spots, so no soap or chemical residue ends up on your glass, siding or plants.
How often should windows be professionally cleaned?
Most homes do well with a cleaning in spring and another in fall. Homes near busy roads, trees or construction may want it more often. Storefronts and offices usually stay on a regular schedule.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
For exterior-only cleaning, usually not, as long as we can reach every window. For interior glass, someone needs to let us in.
